Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions

Thank you for registering for a training with Enrootment Method. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our cancellation policy and terms to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

  • Within 7 days of booking and minimum 30 days before training start date: 100% refund with a €100 admin fee.*

  • More than 61 days before the training start date: 75% refund of the total training fee.*

  • Between 61 days and 30 days before the training start date: 50% refund of the total training fee.*

  • Less than 30 days before the training start date: No refunds will be issued.

  • No-shows: No refunds or credits will be given.

* All amounts are plus any currency conversion and bank charges.

* The training start date refers to the scheduled date of the Online Review Day.

Transfer of Registration:

  • Participants may transfer their registration to another individual up to 14 days before the training start date. The new participant must meet the eligibility criteria and notify us in writing.

Cancellation by Organizer:

In the highly unlikely event that our lead trainer is unable to complete the training, the following policies will apply:

  • Cancellation Before the Training Begins: If the trainer cancels before the course start date, participants may request a full reimbursement instead of a course transfer. Alternatively, a credit will be issued, which can be used toward any of our trainings within a two-year period.

  • Interruption During the Training: Should the lead trainer become ill or injured during the course, our assistant team will take over to ensure continuity.

  • Travel-Related Expenses: While we strive to minimize disruptions, we are unable to reimburse costs incurred due to cancellations, including travel expenses or missed flights. We recommend that participants review their travel insurance policies to determine coverage for such situations.

We are fully committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience and will always seek the best possible solutions for our participants. To date, we have never had to cancel a training due to trainer illness or injury.
