1-day Enrootment Method immersion

The body remembers what the mind forgets. It also speaks a language most of us were never taught to hear. The Enrootment Method is here to change that. In this half-day introduction, you’ll be gently guided into the foundations of a method that brings together trauma-informed touch, somatic presence, and multidimensional awareness. This is not just a taste of a technique - it’s an invitation to experience what becomes possible when we stop “doing healing” and begin being with the body, fully.

🌀 Why Enrootment Method?
Let’s be honest: most trainings leave out the deeper layers of the body. And most therapeutic approaches - while powerful - rely too heavily on mental insight without ever integrating that knowing into the nervous system.

The result?

Practitioners feel burnt out, disembodied, or stuck in the loop of “holding space” while wondering what to actually do with it. Clients gain insight without integration. And the body- still - waits to be heard.

The Enrootment Method offers another way:
→ One where presence isn’t passive, but participatory.
→ One where touch is relational, attuned, and deeply respectful.
→ One where healing includes both the subtle and the cellular.

The Enrootment Method is more than a method. It’s a movement toward wholeness—one breath, one body, one session at a time.

🌱 What you’ll receive during this session:

✔️ Hands-on learning: You’ll both give and receive a foundational Enrootment Method bodywork sequence

✔️ Receive bodywork: A certified Enrootment Practitioner will guide and work with you directly in a group session, so you can feel the method in your own system - not just understand it intellectually

✔️ Practical theory: You’ll gain essential knowledge of how trauma lives in the body, and how to engage the mind somatically

✔️ New tools for your practice: Whether you’re a coach, therapist, bodyworker or somewhere in-between, you’ll walk away with applicable tools that you can begin integrating right away

✔️ A glimpse into multidimensional work: We explore not just muscles and memories - but also the energetic and ancestral layers that shape our patterns

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous experience with bodywork or therapy to join? Nope. This intro session is open to both seasoned practitioners and beginners. Whether you’re already working with clients or just exploring the healing arts, you’ll be guided step-by-step in a safe and welcoming learning space. Everyone starts somewhere—and we’re pretty good at meeting people where they are.

Is this training hands-on? Will I be touching or touched? Yes. You’ll both give and receive a guided bodywork sequence. All practices are fully clothed and rooted in consent, boundaries, and trauma-informed awareness. You're always in choice. Nothing is ever forced or assumed. We prioritize creating a space that feels respectful, attuned, and safe.

What makes this different from other somatic or trauma-informed methods? We go beyond “just regulating the nervous system” or “just holding space.” The Enrootment Method blends touch, presence, nervous system awareness, and multidimensional intelligence into a single practice. We work at the pace of the body, through the body—because insight without integration just doesn’t stick. Also, our practitioners walk the talk. We don’t teach anything we haven’t lived.

Is this a certified training? This intro session is not a certification, but it’s your first step toward it. If you feel aligned with the method, you’ll have the opportunity to join the full Enrootment Training afterwards. This half-day experience gives you a taste of the work, the community, and the depth we move with.

What should I wear or bring? Comfortable clothes you can move and lie down in (think yoga or movement-friendly). Bring a water bottle, notebook, and an open mind. We’ll provide everything else you need.

Will this be emotional or intense? Sometimes, yes - but always in a resourced and supported way. We work with trauma, but we don’t force it. The body is wise. It knows what’s ready. You’ll be held in a space where regulation and integration are just as important as depth.

What if I’m nervous to join? That’s completely normal - and welcome. This space is built for sensitive systems and curious practitioners. Nervousness is often a sign that something meaningful is about to happen. We’ll guide you gently the whole way through.

What’s the group size? We keep things intimate and small so you get personal support and hands-on feedback. This also allows for safety, spaciousness, and genuine connection. The maximum amount of participants is 20 and we will have enough assistance and support to hold the whole group in a safe space.
