An evening to slow down, meet yourself in the body, and explore connection with others. We can long for closeness while finding it difficult to let ourselves be seen. Sometimes we hold back, stay in our heads, or move away from what we feel. In this gathering, we make space to explore those moments with compassion and curiosity. Through ceremonial cacao, partner exploration, Enrootment bodywork, breath and live sound, we invite you into a grounded journey of sensation, presence and connection. Come as you are, with room for both the depth of your experience and the simple pleasure of being together.
